Hi there! Our Insurance Business Team is growing and is looking for someone a young, nice and hunger person to join.
Compensation is more than a paycheck, and traditional approaches don’t adequately reflect it or the way people work today.
We’re on a mission to change that. We see compensation as everything a company gives its people in return for the work they do. It should be easier to understand, offer, manage and spend.
Long-term, we’re working towards becoming the place where compensation happens and is managed by those who award and receive it. We’re on our way to coining the term “Compensation-as-a-service”.

- You are a fast learner and a very curious person;
- Your communication skills are very good;
- You were able to convince your parents to give you more candy that you should eat and have started being a good negotiator from an early age;
- You have much energy and a great drive;
- You like to talk to clients and care about their needs;
- Besides being in the front-line, you are also willing and able to work with spreadsheets.
- You have studied in a management or sales-related field.
On a typical day, you will...
- Work on price simulations in our insurance partners website;
- Interact and negotiate with other partners and insurers for tailor-made solutions;
- Provide support to clients with all their related questions regarding insurance coverages and alike, our digital experience, payments status, migration of policies, or changes to insured people;
- Create insurance proposals;
- Meet with clients or prospects and make presentations;
- Work on processes and background operations to provide a smooth and incredible experience to our clients.
