About You

The Role
On a typical day, you will...
- Provide operational support to the team
- Establish and maintain quality standards
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement changes to non-efficient processes and procedures
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features;
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are solved;
- Work closely with internal departments to share customer feedback;
- Identify best practices and help establish process standards that guarantee consistency and efficiency at scale.
Salary Range
For this position, we have a total gross package of 10.000€ to 12.500€ (plus meal allowance, health insurance and other benefits).
