Customer Operations Specialist - Italian Team

Our Customer Operations Team is growing and we are looking for someone special to support our customers throughout their journey at Coverflex, from day one to the renewal of their subscription.

About You
Below are the requirements we would love you to meet, some of them deal-breakers, others are a “nice to have”.
You really must:
- Be fluent in Italian and English;
- Have a high capacity to communicate;
- Always be looking for outstanding and exciting ways to solve problems;
- Want to provide exceptional support and care about people's problems;
- Be a warm person with an incredible orientation to customers;
- Adapte easily to remote work;
- Love to be part of something bigger than you.
It would be great if you:
- Have some experience with benefits;
- Have worked before in B2B SaaS companies;
- Are familiar with the startup culture.
- Speaking either Portuguese or Spanish would be a plus
The Role
On a typical day, you will...
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features;
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are solved;
- Work closely with internal departments to share customer feedback;
- Monitor operational KPIs, spot clients' behaviors and proactively seek solutions for recurring issues;
- Identify best practices and help establish process standards which guarantee consistency and efficiency at scale.
Salary Range
For this position, we have a total gross package of 15.000€ to 18.000€ (plus meal allowance, health insurance and other benefits).
The stages for this hiring process are:
- CV Screening;
- Interview I;
- Interview II
- Technical Challenge (optional);
- Final Interview.
