About You
You don’t need to be perfect — but you should be passionate about people and curious about what makes them tick. We think the right person will have most of the following:
- 🎓 Degree in Organizational Psychology or People Management related field
- 👀 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in SaaS/startups or fast-paced environments
- 🌍 Experience recruiting in Portugal, Italy and Spain
- 🤖 Comfortable using sourcing and hiring tools
- 💡 AI-savvy and open to exploring tech-driven hiring solutions
- 🧠 Passionate about behavioural assessment and culture-based hiring
- 🌪️ Adaptable and comfortable with context-switching, ambiguity and urgency
- 💬 Fluent in English; Italian proficiency is a big plus
- 🧠 Bonus if you’ve worked on Employer Branding, DEI or Hiring Enablement projects
The Role
We're looking for a Recruiter to join our People Team and help us find, assess and hire exceptional talent across Europe.
This isn’t just about filling roles. It’s about understanding people, challenging hiring teams, and navigating a fast-moving hiring landscape - often chaotic, always meaningful.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers across departments, use a combination of behavioural science and sourcing strategy, and bring creativity and rigour to every step of the candidate experience. We’re building a hiring process that reflects our values, and we need your help to do it.
What You'll be Doing
- Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple teams (Product, Sales, Engineering, Ops...)
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand the role, team dynamics and success criteria
- Source candidates using a wide range of tools and channels, and always try new ones
- Drive structured, behaviour-based interviews that reflect our culture and values
- Experiment with innovative and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Maintain and iterate our ATS (Teamtailor) with clean, clear pipelines
- Build great relationships with candidates — even those we don’t hire
- Report on hiring metrics and spot opportunities to improve the process and quality
- Support Employer Branding efforts
- Help us stay ahead of the curve when it comes to hiring trends worldwide

Salary range
To calculate our salaries, we use the annual salary cost, and not the base salary. So, for this position we have a range between 45.000€ and 60.000€ annual cost.
This translates into a base salary different for each of the countries we are in (you know, taxes...). So you'll find below the range for the annual base salary for each of the countries we are present in, and understand your use case:
- Italy: 30.000€ to 40.000€
- Portugal: 34.000€ to 46.000€
- Spain: 34.000€ to 45.000€
The stages for this hiring process are:
- CV Screening;
- Interview with People;
- Technical Interview;
- Peer conversation;
- Final interview round with the CEO.
