Why you, why now?
We’re looking for an energetic, persuasive and target-driven Inside Sales professional who’s passionate about making a tangible impact in the welfare space. You will play a key role in helping us expand our acceptance network among small merchants in Italy – such as restaurants, cafés, independent food shops – by pitching and closing new partnerships.
You’ll thrive in this role if you love sales, can operate autonomously, and are excited to shape the way local merchants engage with a cutting-edge solution that changes the game for digital meal vouchers and fringe benefits.
About You
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in welfare, payments, or digital services.
- Proven ability in conducting outbound sales and close deals remotely (phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build trust over the phone.
- High levels of self-organization and independence , you know how to manage your own pipeline.
- The motivation to optimize scripts and refine pitches to improve conversion rates.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and natural curiosity.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
- Hubspot experience is a plus (but good CRM use is a must!);
- Benefits market experience is a great plus.
The Role
As Inside Sales – Small Merchant, you’ll be responsible for generating and converting new leads into partners who accept Coverflex’s meal voucher. You’ll drive merchant acquisition, educate prospects on our 0% fee model and instant settlement via Visa, and directly impact the growth of our acceptance network.
On a typical day, you will...
- Identify, reach out to, and engage small merchants through outbound sales efforts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
- Deliver a clear and value-based pitch that focuses on Coverflex’s zero-commission model, fast settlement, and frictionless POS experience.
- Collaborate with the rest of the network team to optimize messaging and improve lead-to-close conversion.
- Collect feedback from merchants and share insights with marketing and product teams.
- Report on sales activity and conversion using CRM and internal tools.
Salary range
For this position, we offer a total gross package (RAL) of €28,000 to €33,000 + OTE variable compensation (30%), along with welfare, meal allowance, and other benefits you can check below.
