About You
- You have a strong track record as a top performer in sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
- You’ve successfully managed full sales cycles with mid-market companies
- You are comfortable running high-quality demos, handling multiple stakeholders, and driving deals forward with a consultative approach.
- You are skilled at generating pipeline not only from inbound leads but also through events, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- You are hands-on, proactive, and consistently exceed targets.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, and you’re adaptable to changing priorities.
- You care deeply about what you sell and the value it delivers to customers.
- You combine persistence with creativity, always finding ways to get in the door.
- Fluent in Italian (C2 or equivalent) and fluent in English (internally, we communicate exclusively in English).
Nice to haves:
- Worked in HR tech, welfare, fintech or similar industries.
- Previous experience in the benefits market is a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Experience selling to medium/large businesses.
- Curious about employee benefits and wanting to shape the future of work.
The Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving Coverflex’s growth in the Italian mid-market (companies up to 250 employees). You’ll own the sales process from the demo to closing, while also contributing to pipeline generation through strategic outreach and events.
Main responsibilities:
- Own the sales cycle: guiding prospects from product presentation (demo) through to deal negotiation and successful closing
- Run high-quality product demos with prospects generated by the BDR team.
- Proactively generate additional pipeline through events, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Drive predictable revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Close deals with a consultative but pragmatic approach.
- Keep our CRM and pipeline updated and reliable at all times.
- Collaborate closely with BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handovers and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Share structured feedback with the product, marketing, and leadership teams to help improve our offering and positioning.
What we offer
- On‑Target Earnings (OTE): 55–70k€
- Fixed RAL: 40k€ – 50k€
- Variable: 15k€ – 20k€ based on performance
- Welfare budget: 2.8k€ – 3.5k€ per year
- Meal allowance: 8€/day
