About You

We need help on this path, so we can change compensation for good, forever!
It would be great if you can relate to these requirements:
- Previous experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role (minimum 3 years)
- Hands-on experience with DBT, SQL, Python, and data orchestration frameworks (Prefect or similar)
- Technical expertise with ETL/ELT processes, data models, data mining, and big data processing
- Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines in cloud environments (ideally GCP)
- Strong skills in relational databases and handling semi-structured/tabular data
- Familiarity with analytics and BI tools (e.g. Lightdash, Hex)
- Great numerical and analytical skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or similar field
The Role
On a typical day, you will..
- Build and maintain scalable data systems and pipelines, contributing to the definition of their architecture
- Transform, evaluate, and organize raw data into clean, structured, and reliable datasets
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Analysts to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Combine data from multiple sources to enable analytics, prescriptive and predictive modeling
- Continuously monitor and improve pipeline performance, data quality, and reliability
- Contribute to evolving the semantic layer and self-service analytics for stakeholders
- Identify new opportunities for data acquisition, enrichment, and automation
The stages for this hiring process are:
- Interview w/Hiring Manager;
- Pair Programming Session/Challenge.
- Interview w/ Head of Engineering;
- Interview w/ People Team;
Salary range
Our offers are based on the annual salary cost for the company and for this position, we have a budget of 50.000€ to 60.000€.
Translating to everyday language, it would be a total gross package of 38.000€ to 44.000€, and other benefits you can check below.
