The Role

On a typical day, you will...

• Provide operational support to the Product Support team 
• Establish and maintain quality standards
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Help customers use specific features and resolve their issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and insights
• Identify best practices to establish consistency and efficiency at scale

Salary Range

This role has a total gross package (RAL) of 22.000€ (plus benefits & other perks you can check below).

The stages for this hiring process are:

1. CV Screening

3. Interview with the Hiring Manager 
4. Meeting with the CEO
