We turn compensation into choice: one platform, one card, one app, for benefits, meal allowance, insurance, and more.
Our platform is simple for HR and meaningful for employees.
We provide choice, smarter compensation tools, and empowerment.

💥 Your impact
You will shape the story of Coverflex: its purpose, product, and future. You will craft and own the global narrative that connects our mission, our value, and our product across markets. You will take complex concepts related to compensation, benefits, tax, regulation, and HR and turn them into simple, human, clear narratives that resonate with people in multiple markets. Your work will help prospects and customers see clearly why Coverflex matters and what we stand for.
You will influence product launches, sales conversations, marketing campaigns, website performance, executive communication, and how people understand Coverflex for the first time. You will help unify the voice of the company so that all teams communicate clearly and consistently.
⚡ Reality check - What makes this role hard
You need to combine strategic clarity with hands-on execution. You will build frameworks and positioning systems while also writing and editing directly.
You must simplify complexity. This product touches compensation, benefits, and regulation and you must translate that into language that feels intuitive, human and valuable.
You will work across multiple teams. Product, Growth, Sales, Customer Success, Design, and local marketing teams all depend on clear communication.
You must create consistency across markets without losing relevance or nuance.
You will act as the guardian of one voice while adapting to multiple channels and formats.
👤 You (Must haves)
6 to 10 years in strategic communication, product marketing, editorial, or similar roles in B2B SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or comparable fields
Outstanding written and verbal communication in English
Ability to take complex or technical concepts and turn them into simple and engaging explanations
Experience working with Product, Growth, Sales, and Design
Experience with market research, product launches, and value proposition development
Highly collaborative but able to work independently when needed
Comfortable with a fast moving environment and iterative work
Clear understanding of GTM, positioning, and how communication influences buying decisions in a B2B context
You’re data-informed, and care about the business impact of clear communication
AI-fluent: you use tools to scale, iterate, and improve clarity and efficiency
Able to connect the dots between Product → Value; Story → Market understanding; Product launches → Adoption; Sales → Proof
Nice to haves
Knowledge of compensation, payroll, benefits, HR or compliance topics
Experience supporting executive communication or founder storytelling
Experience in web copy, funnel copy, or UX copy
Work experience across multiple European countries or languages
🧬 Your DNA
Clarity: You love simplifying complexity. Turning nuanced ideas into crisp, human language is your craft
Ownership: You treat communication like a product. You take responsibility for its clarity, impact, and consistency

Strategic creativity: You enjoy storytelling, but you also enjoy the discipline of frameworks, messaging systems, and structure
Velocity: You work fast, edit fast, and learn quickly from feedback
Curiosity: You ask questions, seek context, and always aim to understand before you write
You will probably find this role frustrating if…
You dislike owning outcomes or being responsible for clarity in high stakes communication
You want to only write creatively but not work on frameworks, positioning, or messaging systems
You avoid talking to Product, Growth, Sales, or local teams
You feel uncomfortable editing, rewriting, or being challenged on clarity
You expect a slow, predictable environment rather than a fast moving one
