💥 Your Impact
You'll manage a defined portfolio of existing Partners and own their full lifecycle with Coverflex - from onboarding to long-term growth.
This is not a hunting role. You will not be responsible for signing new partners. Your focus is on maximizing the value of the partners already in our portfolio: ensuring they onboard successfully, become autonomous, stay engaged, and consistently grow their contribution to Coverflex.
Your mission is to shift from a reactive model (where partners come to us) to a proactive one, where you drive their activation and expansion. Success means more clients acquired through your partners, higher managed volumes, and increased ARR generated from their book of business.
You'll own the full cycle: activating partners, supporting them to become self-sufficient, and systematically growing the revenue they generate for Coverflex.
You’ll know you’re successful when, after 90 days, you’ve:
- Onboarded all partners assigned to your portfolio
- Improved onboarding speed and activation rates compared to baseline
- Started moving the needle on ARR generated through your partners
- Built solid, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at each partner
How we’ll measure success:
Main KPI 1: Partner Activation Rate (PAR) (how many of your partners move from signed to active)
Main KPI 2: Onboarding Time & Partner Satisfaction (how fast and smoothly partners get up and running)
Main KPI 3: ARR Growth through Partners (the revenue generated by the clients your partners bring in)
What your day-to-day will look like
You'll manage a portfolio of existing partners with the goal of getting them fully active on Coverflex and growing the value of their client base over time. You will not be involved in sourcing or signing new partners.
Concretely, you'll be:
Running partner onboarding end-to-end
Keeping partners engaged through our tools (Introw, phone, email…)
Monitoring partner status and activation progress
Providing first-level support when partners need help
Building genuine, long-term relationships with the people behind each partnership
Channeling frontline feedback to the Partnership, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Collaborating with your manager to align your portfolio's growth with broader revenue goals
Delivered actionable frontline feedback to the Partnership, Sales and Customer Success Teams, and collaborated closely with your manager to align revenue strategies with broader business objectives Hereunder a few tasks and activities that you’ll manage:
Partners Onboarding
Partners Engagement through our tool (Introw, Phone, E-mail…)
Check partners Status and Activation
First Level Support for Partners
Build a trustworthy Relationship with them
⚡ Reality Check - What Makes This Role Hard
Let’s be real — here’s what makes this role challenging:
You’ll manage a high number of partners, and you’ll need to decide where your time creates the most impact.
You’ll constantly balance automation vs human intervention.
You’ll own both activation and engagement, which requires different mindsets.
You’ll need to resist the temptation to solve everything manually
👤 You
Must-haves (evidence, not years)
Experience in a B2B Client facing role
Ability to create strong relationships with stakeholders in a growth environment
Strong work method to organize and prioritise a full cycle of task
Comfortable managing high-volume portfolios with clear prioritisation
Strong execution mindset: you ship, follow up, and close loops
Comfortable working with data, processes, and metrics
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
Fluent in Italian and comfortable working in English (internally, we communicate exclusively in English)
Nice-to-have
Previous experience in Partnerships Team
Experience with Hubspot or other CRMs
Experience selling HR, benefits/insurance or fintech solutions (inside or outside sales, including inbound and outbound)
🧬 Your DNA
Passion, drive and desire to make a real difference
Focused on continuous self-improvement
Anti-fragile when things get hard
Autonomous and proactive in how you work
Ask: a proactive attitude in raising your hand and asking for what you believe is needed to best complete your tasks and achieve shared goals
Structured: you bring order to chaos and clarity to complexity
Data-driven: decisions come from metrics, not intuition alone
Ownership mindset: you don’t wait for escalations, you anticipate them
Boundary-setter: you build strong relationships without creating dependency
Scalable thinker: you see process and automation as leverage, not bureaucracy
You’ll probably find this frustrating if…
You don’t love to communicate
You don’t love to be in the driver seat
You don’t like to influence decisions
You are not persuasive
You are not an active listener
👥 Manager & Team
Meet Your Manager
Hiring Manager: Marco Nari - Head of Indirect Sales & Strategic Partnerships Italy
Location: Italy
LinkedIn Profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/marco-nari/
Profile Snapshot:
Energy: Intense and purposeful
Communication: Direct and transparent. I value clarity over ambiguity and discourage evasive language, promoting clear, simple, and respectful dialogue
Feedback Style: Transparent and frequent. Feedback is shared openly on what is working and what is not, with the aim of driving improvement rather than comfort
How to work with me - in the Manager's own words:
“Working with me means knowing where you stand, always. I say what I think, I give feedback openly, and I expect the same in return — no hidden agendas, no sugarcoating. I move fast, I like to experiment, and I'm not attached to how things have always been done.
I care deeply about the people I work with, and I invest in them — but I also expect ownership. I won't micromanage you, but I will challenge you. If you bring me a problem, bring a thought on how to solve it too.
Outside of work I'm the person reading a manual on how to cook mussels for no clear reason, rewatching Star Wars, or somewhere up a mountain. That same curiosity and passion is what I bring to work every day — and it's what I look for in the people around me.”

We hire for impact and potential, not pedigree.
We welcome applications from people with non-linear careers, career breaks, caregiving gaps, and those changing fields.
No discrimination on the basis of age, disability, gender identity/expression, marital or family status, pregnancy, neurodivergence, race/ethnicity, religion/belief, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected ground.
Assessment fairness:
We anchor on evidence of outcomes (what you shipped, moved, or influenced).
We actively de-bias by using structured rubrics, multiple assessors, and blind screening most of the time (we won’t know your name, gender, or personal info until the interview stage).
📬 Application Clarity
No cover letter required.
Apply with your LinkedIn or upload your CV in English.
You may be asked a few short, relevant questions.
Total candidate time investment: ~2–2.5 hours end-to-end.

🤖 AI & Hiring Tools Transparency
We use a few tools to reduce bias and improve documentation, not to make hiring decisions.
Teamtailor anonymisation: profiles are reviewed without relying on names/personal identifiers.
Meeting recorder (e.g., Talka.ai): may be used to capture interviews so we can focus on the conversation.
ChatGPT: may be used to turn interview notes/transcripts into clear, structured summaries.
Important: every application is reviewed by a human, and no decision or rejection is made by AI. If recording is used, we’ll be transparent and (where required) ask for consent.
⏱️ Speed & Communication
Decision: within 4 weeks of your application.
Updates: weekly if the process runs longer.
Scheduling: interviews between 10:00–16:00 CET (flexible across Europe).
Feedback: from the Case stage onwards, you’ll always receive written or verbal feedback - what went well, and what to strengthen next time.
