CPO and co-founder – ProductI think Global. Always have. From High School to Masters, for example, I lived and studied in six different countries in Europe, the US, and Asia.
And I’m an Entrepreneur, before anything else. My first job was at my very own startup, Uniplaces. I’ll admit, I was a little green when I started there. That has made me realise that if you want to skip a few steps and really hit the ground running, surround yourself with clever, capable, veterans.
Co-founding a second company, Coverflex, nearly ten years later was a completely different experience. I was more experienced. But also because we picked super experienced people to join us that share our vision and ambition, and that let us fast track the growth of the brand.
The way people receive their compensation is broken - it's a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach that hasn't evolved for hundreds of years. How we work is changing, but compensation - salary, bonus, equity, benefits - is not. Coverflex is changing that, starting with benefits and building an all-in-one platform for any company to personalise benefits and rewards, from micro, to SMEs and large enterprises. Our mission starts by enabling any company to supercharge its benefits. We’ll then expand our product reach to other realms of compensation, becoming a complete corporate wallet and owning the compensation-as-a-service category.
