Job Summary
We’re looking for a brand storyteller, communications strategist, and editorial powerhouse to lead how Coverflex shows up in the world.
As the Global Brand & Comms Manager, you’ll shape and scale the way our brand speaks, looks, and connects across markets. You’ll own our global brand communications and editorial strategy: from defining how we tell our story to orchestrating how it lives across platforms, audiences, and countries.
This is a role for someone who knows how to make brands matter, who can move seamlessly between creativity and strategy, inspiration and execution.

About You
- 5+ years in communications, brand, content, or community roles, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or HR-tech environments.
- Proven ability to build and evolve brand narratives, editorial systems, and creative frameworks across multiple markets.
- Skilled in video storytelling and production: from concept to script and direction, with an eye for quality and emotional resonance.
- Strong understanding of content formats (short-form, social, and long-form video) and how to translate strategy into impactful multimedia storytelling.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration between brand, content, design, and local marketing teams.
- Strong storyteller: you know how to turn complexity into clarity, and clarity into emotion.
- Deep understanding of social and editorial ecosystems (especially but not limited to LinkedIn), and how to build presence, influence, and trust over time.
- Experience building and nurturing communities that foster genuine engagement, dialogue, and advocacy.
- AI-fluent: you understand how to leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and scale brand communications without losing authenticity.
- Fluent in English. Portuguese, Spanish or Italian fluency is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR or workplace innovation topics is a plus.
The Role
🎨 Brand Communications, Creative & Video Strategy
- Lead the global brand comms strategy, defining how our brand is expressed through words, visuals, video, and storytelling across markets.
- Partner with Design, central and local Marketing teams to evolve the brand’s creative direction, spanning campaigns, activations, and formats (including video, motion, and visual identity).
- Own and oversee global video production, from conceptualizing and storyboarding to scripting.
- Develop repeatable, scalable video storytelling frameworks (e.g., testimonials, thought leadership clips, product explainers, short-form brand moments) that strengthen our voice and drive engagement.
- Leverage AI-assisted creative tools for ideation, content generation, and production workflows, using technology to scale creativity and consistency without compromising quality.
- Evolve and maintain a brand expression system: voice, visuals, video tone, and creative principles that scale globally but feel human locally.
🗞️ Editorial Strategy, Thought Leadership & Storytelling
- Own the global editorial calendar, uniting product, brand, and local priorities into one integrated rhythm.
- Own and implement the global social media strategy, defining what “global presence” means for us and helping local teams bring it to life regionally.
- Partner with leadership on thought leadership and executive comms, crafting narratives that elevate Coverflex’s authority and visibility.
- Integrate AI tools into editorial planning and execution, ensuring our brand voice remains both smart and human.
- Develop and repurpose video-first content - such as executive interviews, product narratives, customer stories, and campaign explainers - to bring our ideas and people to life.
- Act as the guardian of brand storytelling quality, raising the bar for how we speak, write, and create: in text, design, video, and emerging AI-powered formats.
🤝 Community & Advocacy
- Lead our global community and advocacy vision, building authentic relationships with HR and business audiences that go beyond campaigns.
- Design and scale community programs (ambassador networks, meetups, curated events) that create real dialogue, belonging, and advocacy.
- Partner with local teams to localize community formats while maintaining global consistency and insight-sharing across regions.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Success teams to identify and tell customer and partner stories that humanize our mission, through written and video storytelling.
Salary range
This role has a total company cost between €45,000 and €65,000, plus benefits and other perks (you’ll find more details below). Please note that this refers to the total cost for the company, not the gross salary. Why, you ask? Because the exact gross amount depends on your experience and the country you’re based in, so we’re not able to define a fixed gross salary range at this stage but we can share one in the first interview as soon as we know where you're based.
